Juno Vet is a membership-based practice

At Juno Vet, all patients are members. That means we can only treat pets whose owners have signed up for a membership.


Being a member means our entire team is familiar with your pet's health history, ensuring consistent, personalized care no matter where you are, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Things you might be wondering

Can I see a Vet without a membership?

Currently, we can only treat pets whose owners have signed up for a Juno membership. If you're interested in visiting our clinic, you can get started here.

Does membership cover the cost of appointments?

Membership gives you access to Virtual Care, priority booking, transparent pricing, our app, and Juno locations. You'll still be responsible for covering the cost of the actual care. You can view our pricing list or call one of our clinics.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes, we accept all forms of pet insurance.

Will my membership auto-renew?

Your Juno membership will automatically renew one year after your sign-up date. You’ll receive an email a few weeks in advance in case you want to make adjustments.

What’s the process of moving from our current vet to Juno?

During the sign-up process, you can provide your vet’s name to our team, and we’ll contact your vet directly to get the records sent. Alternatively, you can send us the files directly.
