General

What are your cancellation/no-show policies?

We understand that life happens.

For standard appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate our other members. If you cancel in less than 24 hours or don’t show up for your appointment, you may be charged a portion of your appointment fee.

For surgeries: If you need to cancel or reschedule your surgery, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance so we can accommodate our other members. If you cancel in less than 72 hours or don’t show up for your surgery, you may be charged a $250 no-show fee.

This ensures our staff are still compensated for their time and expert care. We’re always respectful of our staff and our members’ time, and we thank you for the same consideration!

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, use the Juno app or contact our clinic.

What happens if I’m late?

Everyone is late sometimes, but if you’re more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we’ll reschedule you for another day and you may be charged a rescheduling fee. This ensures we can accommodate all our members.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Juno is an appointment-only clinic. If it’s an urgent matter, we guarantee same-day or next-day urgent appointments. You can also get support for your pet through our 24/7 virtual care team within minutes.

Who are your veterinarians? How did you select them?

We pride ourselves on providing thoughtful, kind, compassionate care, so we’re equally thoughtful about our care team! Our vets are handpicked using a rigorous screening process. We look at criteria like educational background, training, and human and pet-side manner. All our vets go through a comprehensive onboarding program to learn about Juno’s unique standards of care.

Can I schedule an appointment with a specific vet?

Yes, you always have the option to select your vet when you book an appointment. If it’s urgent or you’re using virtual care, we can’t guarantee that you’ll get the same vet every time. We practice collaborative care, so every member of our care team is up to speed on you and your pet.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes, we accept all forms of pet insurance.

How much do treatments cost?

Your membership fee includes one annual exam, with additional products and services billed as you go. We take price transparency seriously, so you’ll always know the total cost of your visit upfront. For a list of some of our most common services and their fees, see here.

If you ever need to discuss the cost of your pet’s care, please contact our clinic.

Can I stay with my pet during their appointment/procedure?

Under most circumstances, you’re welcome to join your pet in the exam room. For urgent care and surgical procedures, we may ask you to drop off your pet, but you can rest assured they’re in good hands. We’ll keep you updated and let you know when they're ready to go home.

Do you offer grooming services?
