You can't switch your plan but you can choose to add surgery to your Essentials Plan later.

If you start with the Essentials Plan — which includes all your pet’s core preventive care like wellness exams, vaccines, diagnostics, parasite prevention, and nail trims — you can later decide to add your pet’s spay or neuter surgery at a discounted rate:

• Cat spay/neuter – $100 off
• Puppy spay/neuter – $150 off

Or, if you prefer to include surgery right from the start, you can choose the Complete Plan, which includes everything in the Essentials Plan plus your pet’s spay or neuter surgery.

Adding surgery upfront with the Complete Plan gives you the best overall savings, but starting with Essentials keeps things flexible if you’d rather decide later.

That’s perfectly fine. The plans are already discounted, and while we don’t offer additional reductions for services already completed, the remaining care still represents strong overall value.

We do our best to schedule you with the same doctor for continuity of care. However, you’ll always have the flexibility to book appointments at times that work best for you, which may mean seeing a different doctor occasionally.

For the best continuity of care, we recommend visiting the same clinic for all appointments. That said, members have access to the full Juno network and can book at other locations if needed.

No. The wellness exams included in your plan are intended for routine preventive care. If your pet is unwell, a separate sick exam will be booked and billed accordingly.

The plan includes a set number of tests. If your veterinarian recommends more than what’s included, those additional services will be billed separately.

If a booster is missed your pet may need to restart the vaccine series, any additional vaccines or appointments needed would come at an additional cost.

Your plan covers the spay or neuter procedure itself. If additional services are performed at the same time — such as deciduous (baby) tooth removal or other procedures — these will be discussed with you beforehand and billed separately.
