First of all the staff are all amazing, from reception to care team, all are so kind and welcoming. They were so gentle with my nervous cat and patient with my feisty cat too. Also such a great atmosphere.

Our dog isn't exactly the most chill at the vet, but the staff at Juno have always been patient and easy to smile while she acts bonkers. The chat app has been such a game changer during our first year with our dog, and they follow up regularly. Thanks so much Juno!

I had the smoothest, most stress-free experience with Juno yesterday. The app was a breeze, I hopped on a chat with their team and within minutes I had an urgent care appointment set up at the Bloor West location. I’m so grateful to be a member at Juno!
